This renovation required the seamless coordination of roofing, pool works, and full exterior restoration within a live residential setting. The cedar shingle roof had experienced significant weathering and required selective replacement and refinishing while maintaining the home’s architectural charm. The swimming pool exhibited surface deterioration and staining, needing a complete interior renovation, while the pool deck required a more refined and durable finish.

Additional challenges included ensuring proper waterproofing and bonding for the new Diamond Brite surface and scum line tiling, achieving perfect drainage and alignment for the new shell stone deck, and delivering a change of color for a uniform repaint and restoration of all exterior woodwork under varying weather conditions.

The cedar shingles were meticulously cleaned, repaired, and refinished to restore their integrity and natural warmth. The pool interior was resurfaced using Diamond Brite for longevity and a refreshed modern aesthetic, with a scum line tile border installed for added style and ease of maintenance.

The pool deck was upgraded with shell stone tiles, laid to precise slope and joint alignment for improved drainage and slip resistance. Concurrently, the property received a complete exterior repaint, including the repair and painting of all timber doors, windows, and fascia boards.
