The Challenge

Ocean Heights is a luxurious, private 6 bedroom multi-story beachfront villa on the West Coast of Barbados. The following was done to renovate the property. 

• The level to the front of the property was raised to street level to create parking
• Beachfront reinforcement of cliff 
• Roof renovated
• Glass balustrades installed on all the patios; stainless steel handrails fitted around the property
• New front wall; aluminum electronic gates, pedestrian gate 
• Resurfaced all concrete areas around the property
• All wood work refurbished and repainted
• All electricals and plumbing redone and all fixtures and fittings changed 
• New landscaping and irrigation 
• New hotwater system installed; Hot tub installed 
• Painted and decorated to finish 
• Provision of network points 
• Installed security system
